Strain Review: Headband
Headband, or “Hippie Headband” as some may call it, is a cross between Sour Diesel and OG Kush. Usually a sativa-dominant hybrid (depending on the grower’s genetic balance), Headband emits a tantalizing aroma with notes of diesel, pepper, and a slight citrus drizzle which grabs you by the nose like fresh deep-fried sugar donuts at a carnival. Legend has it that when you consume this hybrid strain you’ll feel a slight pressure around your head, not unlike that caused by wearing a headband. Now we just need a couple strains called Pants and Shirt so we can stop wearing clothes the old fashioned way altogether.
Headband distances you from stress while lifting your spirits. It silences the unnecessary storm of thoughts and pressures of the outside world so you can become more intensely focused on what you’re doing. I like to call this one of those “tunnel vision” strains. It’s great for artists of all kinds, including musicians, writers, and even crafty moms. Thanks to Headband, you will brainstorm so many new and exciting ideas that time will feel infinite – until your alarm clock goes off and you still haven’t slept of course.
But hey, just make sure to utilize this strain of vigorous intellect and innovation for its appropriate time and place. I wouldn’t recommend this strain for consumers with time restraints or people who need to be clear-headed in the near future. Use Headband when you have several hours of unrestrained creative time ahead of you, and you might be surprised by the wonders your brain will devise.
